Job scope / responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer inquiries via calls, email and live chat
Assist customers with ride bookings, cancellations, fare inquiries, and app-related concerns
Provide professional customer support and issue resolution
Coordinate with drivers and partners to ensure smooth operations
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
Adhere to company guidelines and service standards
Remuneration & Benefits:
Basic Salary: RM1,900 per month
Performance Incentives: Up to RM400 per month
Night Shift Allowance: Up to RM300 per month
EPF & SOCSO contributions
Annual Leave: 12 days per year
Medical Leave: 14 days per year
Comprehensive Paid Training: 1 month
Free Shuttle Van Service (schedule provided before onboarding)
Job requirements
Requirements:
Minimum SPM qualification
Proficiency in English , Bahasa (reading, writing, speaking)
Willing to work 6 days per week (rotational off-day)
Comfortable with rotational shifts (9 hours per shift, inclusive of break)
Able to work on weekends and public holidays
Availability to start on 19 MAY 2025
Must be able to work on-site in Nusajaya, Iskandar Puteri, JB
