Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years in supervising tenant improvement and ground-up commercial and residential construction projects.
Residential Construction: Prior experience in residential construction is essential.

Technical Skills:
o Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Procore, and Smartsheet.
o Familiarity with RFIs, Daily Reports, Submittals, and other construction-related documentation.

Construction Knowledge:
o Strong understanding of all construction phases from grading to interior finishes.
o Ability to perform quantity surveys from plans is a plus, along with an understanding of basic estimating formats and cost centers.
Certifications: OSHA certifications and/or first aid and CPR training are beneficial but not required; training will be provided.
