Full-time ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT - 3 YRS EXPERIENCE

JOB DESCRIPTION
➤ Recording of all financial transactionsusing accounting system Quickbooks and also by means of manual entries in the books of accounts.
➤ Preparation of BIR requirements such as VAT returns, witholding tax returns, corporate income
tax returns and other BIR forms and requirements.
➤ Prepares/Reviews payroll for the assigned companies
➤ Preparation of government agencies (SSS, PHIC & Pagibig) reports and payments.
➤ Preparation of financial statements (Statement of Financial Position, Statement of Income, Statement of Changes in Equity and Statement of Cash Flows) of the assigned companies.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
➤ Candidate
must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in
Finance/Accountancy/Banking/Auditing or equivalent.
➤ At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position (accounting/auditing).
Preferably one to four (1-4) years experienced employee specialized in Finance-General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
➤ Proficient in Quickbooks system and MS Office application such as MS Word and Excel. Knowledgeable in Philippine Taxation.
➤ Required language(s): English, Filipino
➤ Applicant must be willing to work in Makati City
➤ Can start immediately (ASAP).
