We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative (Remote). This is a full-time position with flexible working hours. No prior experience is necessary, as we will provide all the necessary training to the right candidate.
Qualifications:

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Basic computer skills

Duties:
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Provide excellent customer service and support
Resolve customer complaints and issues
Process orders and returns
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Salary:
