Our Company looking for 10 Potential candidates for the Property Manager role.
Candidates should be located exclusively in South America (Argentina, Colombia, Paraguay, Uruguay, or Mexico).
Previous experience is not required, as full training, materials, and instructional videos will be provided.
Potential candidates can be sourced from the Customer Support or Virtual Assistant sectors.
Potential candidates should have an active Airbnb account (as a guest) mandator

Job Type: Full-time or part-time (remote)

Salary:
Full-time: Starting from $3,200 per month (8 hours/day, 5 days/week)
Part-time: Starting from $1,600 per month (4 hours/day, 5 days/week)
Benefits:

Key Responsibilities:
Downloading and reviewing client property details, correcting any discrepancies
Posting and advertising properties on partner platforms
Managing property calendars
Handling account inquiries and bookings
Maintaining a high booking acceptance rate by informing guests of property availability
Forwarding reservation details to your supervisor
