Full-time Inside Sales Representative – B2G

at Cynosure Corporate Solutions in Tamil Nadu

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain company products/services.
Generate leads and follow up with interested prospects.
Maintain and update the customer database.
Research and qualify leads through RFQs, RFPs, and government procurement platforms.
Knowledge of the GeM Portal is required.
Provide information and guidance on GeM portal registrations and bidding processes.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Handle inbound queries and provide excellent customer support.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to address government-specific challenges.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

0-2 years of experience in inside sales or telecalling.
Knowledge of the GeM (Government e-Marketplace) portal is preferred.
Should have good communication in English ( Hindi added advantage )
Proficiency in Hindi (must) and basic English.
Strong communication and persuasive skills.
Ability to handle customer queries efficiently.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools (preferred).
