On average reps can expect to make 50-60k annually. We offer a comprehensive base pay plus weekly bonus and commission. This is a full-time position, with growth opportunities available!

Direct Marketing Associates are the first interaction with new customers. DMA’s meet with hundreds of homeowners and generate leads by offering free in-home consultations. This is a full-time sales and marketing position with growth opportunities available.

THE ROLE – What you’ll be doing
- Report to our office in Farmingdale daily to meet with your team.
- Travel from our office to neighborhoods.
- Diligently work to generate qualified sales leads in assigned territory.
- Work independently and with a team.
- Represent Renewal by Andersen with the utmost degree of professionalism.
- Understand our products and services to educate our potential customers.


THE PERSON – What you’ll bring
- High Energy/Outgoing Personality
- 2+ years’ experience in sales, hospitality or customer service is a PLUS, but not necessary!
- Attention to detail
- Positive attitude through rejection
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Multitasking skills
- Reliable personal vehicle and valid drivers license REQUIRED
