Prepare detailed cost estimates for civil/site work, including:
Structural Concrete
Excavation and Grading
Structural/Selective Demolition
Site Utilities
Develop work scopes and solicit subcontractor pricing for necessary civil/site and architectural work on projects.
Collaborate with senior management to analyze project requirements and assess risks.
Utilize computer-based estimating tools and software to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
