Join our team at View Emirates Sports Club as a Court Monitor and be part of an exciting and dynamic environment! We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about ensuring safety and providing exceptional customer service. As a Court Monitor, you will oversee activities on our courts and ensure all guests have a fun and safe experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and greet guests upon arrival with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Monitor activities in the courts to ensure compliance with safety rules and regulations.
• Provide instructions and guidance to guests on equipment usage and safety procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the court area.
• Handle inquiries and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Assist in emergency procedures and protocols as needed.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
Key Requirements:
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact well with guests of all ages.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Must be able to effectively communicate with directors, managers, team members, and guests
• Prior experience in a similar role or customer service experience preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification (mandatory to have before starting work).
