Pharmaceutical Recruiter duties:
Develop a deep understanding of each division's business objectives and priorities across Lillys Manufacturing Operations.
Consult with hiring managers and business HR to understand skill requirements, background and experience needed for each requisition.
Partner with hiring managers to develop a comprehensive internal and external recruitment strategy for each requirement, setting and managing expectations.
Proactively generate a strong pipeline of potential candidates for open & future vacancies.
Conduct data mining, targeted searches, and outreach to various resources to source potential candidates, including head-hunting.
