Role: Desk Side Level 1 Technician
Pay 80 per day

JD: Exciting opportunity for a Desktop Technician in Paris! We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team.
🔹 Role Overview:
Provide first-line IT support for desktops, laptops, printers, smartphones, and more.
Support includes installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT equipment.
Assist with infrastructure administration and work in a project-based environment.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and resolve technical issues with desktops, peripherals, and software.
Provide onsite support from 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM (shift-based), with occasional out-of-hours coverage.
Reimage computers, manage backups, and handle asset inventories.
Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure smooth operations.
🔹 Required Skills & Experience:
1-3 years of experience in IT support roles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Active Directory, and Office applications.
Strong troubleshooting skills and knowledge of PC hardware.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Fluent in French (mandatory) and English.
Candidates must be local citizens of France.
