Systems Analyst needs (5) years of experience as a systems analyst on successful, enterprise level information technology projects
Systems Analyst requires:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field or equivalent work experience
• Experience with business analysis to gather and document requirements
• Experience creating test plans, test cases, and performance testing
• Ability to code according to specifications with minimal defects to ensure quality results
• Experience in programming to adhere to ADA compliance in web applications
• Experience in delivering projects in the agreed upon schedule, to the correct technical specifications, and within the approved budget
• Experience developing with:
o JBoss EAP 7.0 and higher
o Java 8.0 and higher
o J2EE (JSP, EJB, JPA/Hibernate)
o Java Frameworks like JSF
o Primefaces
o Oracle 12c and higher
o SQL stored procedures, triggers, views, etc.
o JavaScript
o VBScript
o XML, XHTML, HTML5
o CSS
o JSON file format
o REST API’s and Web Services
Preferred:
• Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field or equivalent work experience

• Unix-basic scripting and commands
• NEIM standard
• SMTP
• JIRA
• Address Standardization Tools
• Alfresco
• Jasper Reports
• Springboot
• Angular
• Integration with 3rd party software (e.g., address/geocode validation services)


Systems Analyst duties:
• Gather and analyze business requirements and prepare functional requirements, design documentation, technical specification documents to develop Department Information Systems
• Provide structured, detailed analysis of business processes
• Function as a technical consultant or researcher
• Perform technical research and evaluation of technologies, tools, databases, methods, etc.
• Analyze detailed requirements and documentation
