The Client
a stunning, recently refurbished country hotel, with multiple guest dining experiences including brasserie, fine dining, private dining and high end banqueting experiences

The Position
Pastry Chef de Partie required to join the Executive Head Chef and team of chefs at this stunning venue.

As Pastry Chef de Partie your duties will include working with the Pastry team, producing a range of delicious desserts and sweet treats

The Head chef would happily look at somebody with experience in main kitchen looking to move into pastry

The Person
We are looking for a friendly, talented chef, somebody who enjoys cooking good food and can communicate well.

Location
Applicants will ideally need to live in the Ashbourne, Cheadle, Matlock, Belper, Uttoxeter or Derby area with their own transport

Benefits
Base Salary of £26,000 - £28,000 (depending upon experience)
Potential for a 4 day week (4 days on 3 days off)

Possible Live In If required
