Qualification: Any Graduation (Fresher)
Age: 25 to 30
Gende: Male Female
Location: Nagpur

Key Responsibilities:

- Taking and processing service in a professional.
- Provide information about traning and services.
- Handle candidate queries and provide timely solutions.
- Manage data and follow up with potential leads and prospects.
-Stay up to date with training knowledge.
- Submitting daily progress report.
- Maintain records of candidate interactions and feedback.

Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to engage and build rapport with candidate.
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
- Fluency in [ (e.g., English, Hindi, Marathi).
- Previous telecaller experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
