Supervisor, Animal Research Facilities

at Jobisite in Ohio

Works with the veterinarian to maintain compliance to provide the proper animal care of the laboratory animals used in research, testing, and teaching. Supervises the animal husbandry technicians (AHTs) and ensures the proper care, feeding, and watering of animals and the cleaning and maintenance of the facility. Assists with research and animal colony health monitoring procedures and maintains facility records. Rotates on-call responsibilities. Performs other functionally related duties as assigned.
