We are seeking an Entry Level Recruiter
To join our team in either our Brooklyn Park MN or St Paul MN Location

Looking for someone that is highly motivated and works well with others. You will be helping us source for new hires while at the same time retaining existing ones. We are a Minority owned Placement Firm that has been in business for over 20 years.

Responsibilities:

Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees

Placing 50-100 outbound calls a day

Learn and use Applicate tracking software

Qualifications:

Previous Experience with Outbound and Inbound Calls preferred (not necessary)

Must be comfortable Talking on the phone

Ability to build rapport with candidates

Strong organizational skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Highly Motivated and persistent

Computer Savy

What we offer:

Full Time- Monday-Friday 9am-5pm

Wage- Hourly pay + Commission
