Customer Service Rep

We are currently seeking a dedicated and professional Representative to join our esteemed team. As the first point of contact for our clients, visitors, and callers, the Receptionist plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining the efficient operation of our office.
Responsibilities
Greet clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and accurately.
Assist with client intake processes, including gathering necessary information and completing paperwork.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Assist with basic administrative tasks
Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure smooth office operations.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to legal ethics and regulations.
Provide administrative support to attorneys and legal assistants as needed.
Qualifications
Must be fluent in English
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration or related field is a plus.
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in a legal setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude, reliable work ethic, and a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
