Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior .NET Developer with a proven track record of building scalable, high-quality, and high-performance applications on the Microsoft technology stack. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, be able to mentor junior developers, and play a key role in architectural decisions.

Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and deployment of complex applications.

Mentor and guide junior developers, ensuring coding standards and best practices are followed.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

Identify and resolve performance and scalability issues.

Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Stay current with the latest technologies and industry trends.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in .NET development.

Strong knowledge of C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, and Entity Framework.

Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React.

Proficient in database design and development.

Familiarity with cloud services (Azure, AWS) and DevOps practices.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and leadership skills.
