Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Conveyancing Legal Executive ( preferably with I.I.L.Ex legal qualification or solid conveyancing experience or a law graduate with experience) at Catherine Allison & Co Solicitors in Dundalk. The Legal Executive will be responsible for Residential Housing Estate work and general residential sales/purchases / Refinances, providing legal advice, preparing legal documents, and specializing in property law and conveyancing. The role may also involve working on general legal work and probate/wills matters.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Law, Legal Document Preparation, and Legal Advice
Specialization or experience in Property Law and Conveyancing
Strong attention to detail and knowledge of relevant legal frameworks
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
Experience in areas such as Commercial Law and Litigation is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Law or I.I.L.Ex membership or related field
