We are looking for driven sales Call Centre agents to join our growing outbound call centre on one of various campaigns we are currently running.
Don’t worry if you’ve never worked as a Telesales Agent, with our training and ongoing support you’ll know everything there is to know to make sure you can offer a world class sales experience.
Job Output:
• Use your sales skills and training to meet sales targets
• Sell our products and services through outbound dialing
• Provide exceptional service and product knowledge
• Ensure a high level of accuracy when taking customer information
• Resolve all customer queries quickly and efficiently
Skills and Competencies:
• Ability to meet daily, weekly and monthly and targets is a must
• Ability Strong English communication skills
• Good telephone etiquette
• Excellent time management skills
• Sales orientated individual

- Minimum education level:
Grade 10 /N2
