BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

We are looking for a resilient and empathic business development executive to contribute to the
Growth of our company Business development executives are responsible for finding and retaining clients, encouraging extant clients to purchase added products or features, and remaining abreast of changes in consumption. You will also be required to build capacity in staff through regular training and mentorship.

Responsibilities

Generating business through online freelancing portals like UpWork, GURU, Freelancer, etc.
Must have experience with bidding sites like Upwork, Guru, Lead generator, Calling, Drafting of
proposals, Client interaction, Negotiation, also coordinate with technical team.
Must be able to make proposals and replies to the leads.
Must understand the running website /application development and must be able to explain
those to the clients.

Requirements

Degree in marketing, business administration, or similar.
Must have Experience with UPWORK, GURU, PPH, FIVER bidding portals.
Must have knowledge of Lead Generation and closure.
Must have experience with Client Communication and Team handling.
Expertise in writing Business Proposals will be a plus point.
Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behavior.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
