• Good team player and result driven.
• Ability to work effectively with a wide range of IT Skills or Technology personnel.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Should be well versed with the various job portals & boards.
• Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations through a deep understanding of return on investment.
• Full lifecycle recruitment components including, but not limited to, sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, job analysis, relationship management, and due diligence.
• Understanding the Partner requirements for Candidates and Finding the right candidate with all aspects of full-cycle recruiting to include requirement gathering, sourcing, resume evaluation, phone screening, interviewing, salary, and extending offers.
• Should be working with W2 and C2C requirements.
