Full-time Mailroom Admin Manager PAYS $25/HR Dalllas, TX

Mailroom Admin Manager needs 3 yearsÂ’ experience

Mailroom Admin Manager requires:
 Knowledge of general mailroom methods. (3 years)
 Prior experience working in the facilities/property management, commercial real estate, or professional services industries
 Ability to make sensible, independent decisions with limited supervision
 Customer Focus- Diligence and sense of urgency in getting tasks completed
 Computer/Software Skills- Basic typing and knowledge of e-mail communications
 High school or GED minimum
 Technical or trade school a plus

Mailroom Admin Manager duties:
 Check supplies for office supplies, paper, toner, etc
 Submit order to Facility Manager for placement
 Help coordinate large conference room schedules
 Work with Fitness Center personnel
