Wireless Operations Mgr needs 5 years of experience in business operations of the wireless communication sector in Canada
Wireless Operations Mgr requires:
 Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
 A minimum of 5 years of experience in business operations of the wireless communication sector in Canada required.
 A minimum of 5 years of client relationship management.
 Experience with managing a minimum annual profit and loss of $20 million preferred.
 Thorough knowledge of telecommunication construction practices required.
 Approximately 40% travel may be required in support of the positions responsibilities.
 Strong organization, planning, and project management skills; ability to prioritize tasks for self and team to meet requirements and deadlines.
 Ability to work with different functional groups and levels of employees to achieve results effectively and professionally.
 Strong leadership skills; ability to drive and motivate team to achieve results.

Wireless Operations Mgr duties:
 Implement the business plan to achieve defined goals and objectives, including capital and expense responsibilities as defined for the Canada portfolio.
 Address all site repairs, maintenance, and compliance issues; ensure the structural integrity of the portfolio is maintained.
 Support the Sales team with customer engagement as needed in generating new leases on existing sites as well as new builds, build-to-suit, and rooftop projects.
 Support growth and business development efforts by providing market and customer intelligence on M&A opportunities.
 Oversee the development efforts for new wireless sites; support client communications to drive growth of the existing assets and secure opportunities to add profitable new towers to the portfolio.
