Building Eng/Facility Operations needs 5+ yearsÂ’ experience
Building Eng/Facility Operations requires:
 CBRE,Global Commercial Real Estate Services
 Mid to high level aptitude in the Mechanical, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical in a commercial office building type setting.
 Manages and facilitates commercial building
 Onsite
 3 yearsÂ’ supervisory experience
 5 yearsÂ’ of facility management or building operations experience required
 3 yearsÂ’ of supervisory experience in management, budgeting, vendor management, operations and maintenance required.
Building Eng/Facility Operations duties:
 Demonstrate leadership abilities and organizational skills
 Demonstrate communication and interpersonal skills.
 Able to manage and train entry-level personnel.
 Able to deal with customers and others at all levels.
 Must be a team player, committed to working in a quality environment.
 Required to report to the job site on a daily basis
 May require the ability to travel.
