Pay Rate:
The pay rate for this job is $25 - $25 / hour
What you'll be doing as a Handyman:

• Clean floors, windows, and shampoo rugs
• Wax and buff floors occasionally
• Keep sidewalks clean and free of debris
• Supply and clean restrooms
• Collect and remove trash
• Adjust or repair minor issues with building equipment and systems

Available shifts:
Shift timings -1st Shift (Day)
Job requirements:


• Flexibility to work in an environment that changes quickly
• Work frequently with cleaning chemicals
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and frequently reach, bend, carry, and balance items
• Finish Carpenter, Handy Man with Tools some drywall exp
• Background Check Required
