About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated Field Sales representative to join our growing team in the residential renewable energy sector. This is a commission-only position, offering outstanding earning potential for high-performing individuals with a strong background in sales.

You will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of renewable energy solutions – including solar panels, battery storage systems, air source heat pumps and EV chargers – to homeowners or businesses looking to reduce energy costs and improve sustainability.

While you’ll receive a consistent stream of pre-qualified leads, success in this role also depends on your ability to self-generate opportunities. We are looking for individuals who are proactive and resourceful — confident not only in closing deals, but in building their own pipeline.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct in-home or on-site consultations with prospective customers
Present tailored renewable energy solutions that meet customer needs
Close deals confidently and professionally
Manage your own pipeline and schedule
Represent our brand with integrity and expertise

Requirements
Proven track record in similar role required
Experience in the renewables or home improvement sector required
Excellent communication and consultative selling skills
Self-motivated and target-driven
Access to a vehicle and willingness to travel within the local area
