Join a leading player in the packaging machinery industry. We're looking for a hands-on Factory Manager to run a busy service workshop. The ideal candidate is technically strong, thrives under pressure, and knows how to manage a team while keeping operations running like clockwork. If you’ve got experience with industrial or packaging machinery and know your way around a factory floor—this one’s for you.
Minimum Requirements:
3+ years’ experience in factory or workshop management
Industry experience in packaging or industrial machinery
Strong technical background in mechanical and electrical systems
Proven ability to lead and manage a technical team
Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills
High attention to detail and clear communication
Valid driver’s license
Trade certificate or technical qualification (advantageous)

Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee all workshop operations including repairs, testing, and servicing of machinery
Supervise technicians and installers, ensuring quality and productivity
Plan and schedule machine builds, maintenance, and support tasks
Ensure machines meet strict quality standards before delivery
Maintain tools and enforce health and safety procedures
Manage stock levels for parts and consumables
Liaise with sales to prep machines for client delivery and install
Support field teams with technical troubleshooting
Track job cards, service records, and workshop performance
