We are offering an immediate opening for an experienced Online Media Buyer. The ideal candidate is comfortable with managing multiple online media campaigns simultaneously to drive sales and expand the customer base. In your role youll work hand in hand with various cross-functional teams and business stakeholders. Youll also be given autonomy to own and manage various business development initiatives aimed at growing revenues and improving operating margins.
1- YOUR MAIN DUTIES:
- Create and plan online media strategies to maximize ROI
- Negotiate rates with media sales representatives i.e. CPM, CPC, CPA, CPL etc.
- Create, implement and optimize online campaigns across all of the available traffic acquisition channels ie. Google Ads, DSPs, Push, Pop, Social etc. Determine target audience
- Choose the most effective media platforms to reach a target audience
- Maintain a campaign budget within set limits and manage online traffic expenditures
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and make strategic recommendations to improve performance
- Continuously monitor campaign performance and adjust traffic acquisition strategies as needed to optimize results
- Keep an eye on market changes and trends
- Review new content submissions (landing page copy, banners, service pages etc.) and provide feedback if changes need to be made before testing
- Collaborate with designers and developers to create new and improve the existing marketing assets
2- YOUR ATTRIBUTES:
- English fluency is a must
- 2+ years of proven work experience as a performance driven Google Ads media buyer and or Programmatic Media Buyer preferably with mVAS or leadgen based accounts
- High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail
- Deep experience with Google Display Ads, Youtube, DSPs, Discovery Ads. Knowing how to start, optimize and scale disruptive ad formats is a must
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills. An analytical approach to working with the numbers behind campaign performance
- Ability to use spreadsheets to create reports, analyze data and drive strategic and tactical decisions
- Proficient at managing multiple accounts and able to organize, prioritize and structure workload
