Manage event bookings, including contracts and function sheets.
Maintain accurate records of event details and client information.
Event Operations:
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., catering, operations) to ensure smooth event execution.
Manage event budgets and expenses.
Oversee event setup and logistics.
Marketing and Promotion:
Work with the marketing team to develop promotional materials.
Promote events through various channels (e.g., social media, email, networking).
Represent the company at trade shows, events, and networking functions.
