The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and generally supporting the client relationship by providing excellent customer service, often working closely with financial advisors to ensure smooth account management and client satisfaction.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answering phone calls, emails, and client portal messages, addressing inquiries regarding account balances, transactions, investment options, and other financial details.
- Processing account opening paperwork, managing account updates, handling transfers, and ensuring accurate client data maintenance within the CRM system.
- Scheduling client appointments, gathering relevant account information, preparing presentation materials for financial advisors, and coordinating with advisors on client needs.
- Maintaining client files, processing account forms, handling billing inquiries, and completing necessary compliance documentation.
- Investigating and resolving client concerns, escalating complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
- Guiding new clients through the account opening process, explaining investment options, and providing necessary information.
- Ensuring all client interactions and transactions comply with industry regulations and company policies.
