We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee the operations of our three studios. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fitness, possess strong leadership skills, and have a proven track record in managing multi-site operations within the fitness industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Studio Operations: Oversee the daily operations of all three studios, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience for our members. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and functionality across all facilities.
Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team, including instructors, operational staff, and marketing personnel. Responsibilities include hiring, training, scheduling, and conducting performance evaluations to foster a motivated and high-performing team.
Financial Oversight: Develop and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets and control expenses. Analyze financial reports to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Marketing and Community Engagement: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute strategies that attract new members and retain existing ones. Organize events and promotions to enhance community engagement and brand visibility.
Customer Satisfaction: Ensure the highest level of customer service is provided. Address member feedback and concerns promptly and effectively, striving to continuously improve the member experience.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a managerial role within the fitness industry, preferably overseeing multiple locations.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proven financial acumen, with experience in budgeting and financial analysis.
Passion for fitness and a commitment to promoting a healthy lifestyle.
