seeking a dynamic and results-driven Construction Sales Specialist for a local company. The ideal candidate will build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, and commercial clients, driving sales and expanding market presence. This role requires a solid understanding of building materials and outstanding communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, builders, and commercial clients.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
Provide expert guidance on building materials and product selection to clients.
Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and pricing to prospective clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new products.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the building supply or construction industry.
Strong knowledge of building materials and their applications.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
Compensation:

Base salary plus commission, with compensation based on experience.
