We are looking for a dedicated and organized Property Executive to join the Sri Sangaamam team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing property operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct property inspections and ensure maintenance and repairs are handled timely.

Manage lease agreements and tenant relations.

Assist with property marketing and showing properties to potential tenants.

Ensure compliance with local property regulations.

Handle administrative tasks such as rent collection and documentation.

Qualifications:

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Experience in property management is a plus but not required.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
