Pay Rate:
The pay rate for this job is $21 - $21 / hour
What you'll be doing as aAdministrative Assistant:
Enter job order request and follow up with all contacts
Drive to multiple job locations in Malibu, Palisades and Santa Monica
Arrange worker passes and distribution
Use company iPad for documentation and pictures
Drive to / from Home Depot and job site for supplies
Assist the onsite Supervisor with errands, communication and paperwork
Available Shifts:
Shift Timings:1st Shift (Day) &Weekends
Job requirements:
Good communication and reliable cell phone
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Prior administrative experience preferred
Reliable car and good driving record
Proficient in use of modern technology especially iPad
Background check and drug screening required
