Job Title: Ecommerce Specialist.

Reports To: Ecommerce Manager.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven and highly motivated Ecommerce Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online store and product listings, developing strategies to improve the customer experience, and maximizing sales through various e-commerce channels. You will collaborate with marketing, design, and logistics teams to drive growth and ensure seamless operations on all ecommerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Ecommerce Platform Management:

Manage daily operations of the ecommerce platform, ensuring the website is updated with accurate product listings, prices, and promotions.
Optimize product pages and product catalogs to enhance the user experience, improve conversions, and align with customer expectations.
Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve technical issues on the website (e.g., checkout, payment gateway errors).
Customer Experience & Retention:

Monitor online customer feedback, reviews, and support inquiries to ensure a smooth customer journey.
Manage returns, exchanges, and customer support requests to maintain high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Use tools and strategies to increase customer retention, including loyalty programs and targeted offers.
Sales Analysis & Reporting:

Track key performance metrics, including sales performance, traffic, conversion rates, and ROI for marketing campaigns.
Create regular reports for management to analyze sales trends, website traffic, and customer behavior.
Provide insights and recommendations for improving sales strategies and customer experience.
Inventory & Order Management:

Ensure inventory levels are updated in real time and product availability is reflected accurately on the site.
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure the timely fulfillment of orders.
Manage and optimize product pricing, promotions, and discounts.
Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Ecommerce, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

Experience:

1 year of experience in ecommerce management or digital marketing.
Proficient in managing ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, Shiprocket.
Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Knowledge of SEO and SEM principles and best practices.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quickly.
