Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead the full sales cycle and drive revenue growth. This is a 100% remote, freelance, commission-based role (17% commission per sale), making it an excellent opportunity for a dynamic sales professional eager to maximize their earning potential.

Key Responsibilities Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. Identify and target potential clients across industries, including corporate organizations, government agencies, and NGOs.

Develop and execute sales strategies to generate leads and drive conversions.
Conduct outreach efforts via email, LinkedIn, networking events, and other channels.
Present and pitch our crisis management solutions to key decision-makers.
Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to close high-value deals.
Maintain strong client relationships and identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
Track and report sales performance using CRM tools.
Key Requirements

Proven experience or equal enthusiasm in B2B sales, business development, or consultative selling.
Experience in crisis management, risk consulting, corporate training, or related fields is a plus.
Strong prospecting and lead generation skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with C-suite and senior decision-makers.
Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently.
Ability to manage long sales cycles and complex client requirements.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
Access to a strong professional network within relevant industries is advantageous.
Compensation

100% commission-based role with an attractive 17% commission on every successful sale - with potential of earning up to £6,000 per month
