Full-time Administrative Assistant

The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent organizational and communication skills, and have a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with the planning and coordination of projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and procurement.
- Answer calls and manage email correspondence.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure that all paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, site visits, and other project-related activities.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to ensure that deadlines are met.
- Provide administrative support as needed, including filing, data entry, and other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience in the construction industry is a plus but not required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Must be reliable and have a team player attitude.
