Cell Biologist needs 3+ years with Masters in scientific discipline
Cell Biologist requires:
MSc with 3+ years, or PhD with 0+ years of relevant experience in a scientific discipline such as molecular/cell biology, genetics, virology, or related field
Proficiency in molecular and cell biology techniques (cell culture with mammalian and/or insect cell lines, molecular cloning, transfection). Knowledge or preferably experience in AAV and/or baculovirus. Strong interpersonal and organizational communication skills, and a good team player.
Creative thinking, attention to details, and efficient project management in a fast-paced work environment.
Cell Biologist duties:
Conduct experiments of the viral vector process to deliver internal productions of recombinant baculoviruses and AAVs.
Design and execute molecular and cell biology experiments.
Assist in the group efforts on vector expression system upgrade, cell line development and characterization, and AAV capsids.
Manage experimental workflows and vector inventory through electronic lab notebook documentation of experimental data, protocols, and reports.
