Responsibilities
o Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
o Resolve customer complaints and concerns efficiently
o Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
o Identify and escalate complex customer issues to senior team members
o Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills

Job Requirements
o Graduate degree in any discipline
o 1.8 years of experience, with at least 6 months in the banking domain
o Fluency in English and one of the following languages: Tamil, Malayalam or Hindi
o Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
o Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
