Full-time Customer Service Reps

Immediate position available for a Part-Time and Full-Time Customer Service Representatives. Position requires excellent customer service, and the desire to work in a lone environment. Customer service experience is a plus.

Responsible for assisting customers with personal financial transactions and services - including, but not limited to - Answering all inbound phone calls and responding to email inquiries from clients with questions regarding products. Responsibilities include placing part orders for customers, checking on payment status of previous orders and, entering customer information in the system.

High school diploma or equivalent required.

This is a fully remote job within the states only. You will be working from your home.
