This superb dining pub, that has a fantastic reputation for serving award winning food and service, is looking for a Restaurant Manager to join their team

As Restaurant Manager you would be working closely with the General Manager, Owner and Head Chef on a daily basis. Putting forward and discussing ideas of how to improve and push the business further, relaying customer feedback and organising ongoing staff training.

As Restaurant Manager you would meet and greet guests, take customer food orders and ensure the front of house runs smoothly, guest liaison whilst delivering excellent customer service.

We are looking for somebody who genuinely enjoys guest interaction and has good knowledge of food, beer, wines services.

Previous experience of working in bars or restaurants is essential for the role but they are happy to help with your career progression and offer any training that you may require.

Applicants will ideally need to live in the Stamford, Colsterworth, Bourne, or possibly Oakham area with their own transport

Benefits
Base Salary of £34,000 - £36,000
Share of Tips, approx £4,000 per year
Meals on Duty
