A rare opportunity for a Commis Chef to work alongside a talented Chef Owner in his award winning restaurant.

The previous commis has just left after 2 ½ years in the position and the chef owner is looking to train somebody into this role

It really is a great opportunity to learn under a very experienced Chef. Initially you will be trained to prepare and cook starters, then help with desserts eventually assisting with main courses, learning lots of key essential cooking skills along the way

Candidates should be based in the Peterborough area and have their own transport.

Normal working week will be 40 hours, with 2 set days off per week and in addition Saturday Morning and Sunday evening off

Benefits

Salary will be NMW (to start)
