Position: Telecaller / Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers and promote products/services.
Meet sales targets and generate leads.
Address customer inquiries, handle objections, and close sales.
Maintain accurate customer data and update CRM.
Provide regular feedback to the management on market trends.
Skills Required:

Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
Basic computer skills and CRM knowledge.
Previous telecalling or sales experience preferred.
