Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer support:

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Actively listen to customer concerns and effectively resolve issues.
Build strong rapport with customers and foster long-term relationships.
Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments for resolution.

Process customer orders and transactions:

Accurately process orders, manage returns, and handle refunds.
Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.

Contribute to continuous improvement:

Provide feedback on customer interactions and identify areas for process improvement.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
Stay informed about product knowledge, company policies, and industry best practices.

Maintain a positive and professional demeanor:

Represent the Red Label brand with enthusiasm and professionalism.
Maintain a positive and helpful attitude at all times, even in challenging situations.
Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Qualifications:

Proven customer service experience: Minimum [0] years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or retail environment.
Excellent communication skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate information clearly and concisely.  
Strong interpersonal skills: Ability to build rapport with customers, actively listen, and effectively resolve conflicts.
Problem-solving skills: Ability to analyze situations, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
Technical proficiency: Proficient in using computers and various software applications, including CRM systems, ticketing systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong work ethic: Highly motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
Adaptability and flexibility: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
