Job Description:
We’re looking for friendly and motivated Call Center Agents to join our Durable Medical Equipment (DME) campaign. In this role, you’ll help customers by answering questions, providing product information, and assisting with orders. You’ll handle both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring excellent service and compliance with healthcare standards.

Responsibilities:

Make and receive calls to provide product details and support.
