Senior Product Manager needs 8 plus years of product management experience (managing the process, not people; however, if converted down the road, this role could manage people).

Senior Product Manager requires:
• Jira and Confluence experience (required)
• Excellent Networking and Influencing skills.
• Experience managing or coaching Product talent.
• Strong organizational and follow-through skills
• Effective communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
• Expert in understanding business needs, converting those into epics, creating, managing & prioritizing product features and product backlog.
• Ability to handle a complex portfolio comprising of multiple epics in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage dependencies and shifting priorities
Preferred Qualifications
• Prior retail experience and / or experience with Loss Prevention functions
• Experience in SAFe/Agile delivery
• Experience creating roadmaps and driving them to execution.
• Experience with Loss Prevention applications, Integrations and Data management
• Genetec, Appriss or other Loss prevention software platforms
• Work cooperatively and collaboratively with others in a team-oriented culture do we need this one is already several talking about working effectively with others
