Full-time Sr Process Engineer (Photolithography)

Skills

PhD degree preferred
5 years of relevant work experience
Experience or knowledge in optical, lasers, software, robotics, precision mechanics, or chemicals
Knowledge of Linux operating system preferred for troubleshooting
Hands-on mechanical skills preferred
Experience with electronic testing tools required
Ability to work independently and collaboratively under challenging situations
Excellent troubleshooting skills and communication abilities
Customer support experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Provide support for equipment process qualification, development, and improvement projects
Establish new wafer fabrication process technology for semiconductor device manufacturing
Design and conduct tests, analyze and present data and conclusions
Collaborate with experts to enhance the manufacturing process
Perform evaluations on new hardware and software
Identify issues and collaborate with the Canon team for resolutions
Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external review
Interact with customers with limited supervision

Qualifications

5 years of relevant work experience
Knowledge and experience in photolithography equipment
Experience in a support role for semiconductor manufacturing processes

Education Requirements

PhD degree preferred
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field may be acceptable

Education Requirements Credential Category

Doctoral degree preferred

Experience Requirements

At least 5 years of relevant experience in semiconductor process engineering
Experience in photolithography systems and processes is required
