Job Overview:
We are seeking a professional and experienced butler to manage the daily operations of a luxury villa in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional hospitality skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude to ensure the highest level of service for our residents and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide personalized service to residents and guests, including meal service, drink preparation, and event coordination.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the villa, including overseeing housekeeping staff.
Manage household inventory and procure supplies as needed.
Coordinate transportation and logistics for residents and guests.
Assist with planning and executing special events and gatherings.
Handle any special requests from residents or guests with discretion and professionalism.
Ensure the security and privacy of the household.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a butler or in a similar role in a luxury environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Knowledge of fine dining and etiquette.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Salary:
Annual Salary: $75,000 - $100,000, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: Health insurance, retirement plan, paid vacation, and meals provided.
