We have several projects for Dutch Speaking Customer Service Agents or Sales Advisors - remote from Greece.

Customer Advisor/Sales Agents START DATE 17/10

Are you an enthusiastic communicator with a knack for problem-solving? Do you thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy providing top-notch service to customers? If so, we want you on our team!

Responsibilities:

-Customer service to both active and potential customers
-Handle incomeing calls, chats and emails related to: Payments, Invoices and reminders, Plan or contract changes, Complains, Retention, etc.
-Change of personal data
-Helping customers
(For the Advisor/Sales Agent the responsabilities are a bit different).

Requirements:

-Secondary school or higher education level required
-Strong communication skills in Dutch and English both written and spoken
-Experience in customer service roles within contact center environment for at least 6 months
-Good computer skills
-Ability to communicate professionally, enthusiastically
Solution-oriented.
-Quick learner with the capacity to process information efficiently.
-Independent worker who enjoys challenges and maintains focus on customer satisfaction.
